  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
  • Once the training/ Project Support has started, no refunds will be provided for any reason.
  • In case of non-attendance or inability to complete the training program, no refunds will be provided.
  • No refund request shall be accepted after 1 training/ Project Support session of the Registered Course/Project
  • No refund shall be acceptable in case of learning access shared
  • No refund shall be acceptable; once the training session / Project Support is been scheduled and started for the candidate

  • All cancellations can be initiated within 2 working days of the payment. After that no refund request will be acceptable

Instructor-Led Online Training:

a. In the event of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the instructor-led online training from taking place as scheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session(s).

b. If the session(s) cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued for the affected session(s) at our discretion.

Changes to Training Schedule:

a. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to the training schedule, location, or instructor, if necessary.
